Well after a few years with my compound bow and the original strings and cables, I decided it was time to put a new one on. So i jumped at the opportunity to test out some custom strings and cables from 60X custom bowstrings. I was excited that I had the option to pick custom colors, and because my extreme wrist sling and fletching is black and pink I decided to stay with the theme. I took my newly acquired strings and my bow to my local archery shop, that is run by a good friend who is a top

Para – archer in the world, and left it with him. When I got a call that it was ready, I went to pick it up and I asked him what he thought of the strings and cables. He said he was impressed and that they look like good quality. He said he usually recommends staying away from the small string companies because sometimes the quality isn’t there or the strings aren’t twisted properly, but he didn’t have any worries with the set I received. He never had

issues with them twisting or stretching when installing them.

I had the strings and cables put on back in June, and I have hunted black bear in Saskatchewan and at home in BC, whitetail and elk at home, and stag and ibex in Spain. So far I have had no issues with them stretching or twisting or fraying. It’s been through continuous rain, sun and heat, dry terrain, snow, and the rough vegetation of Spain. They still look like the day I got them.
