The staff of Ladies in Camo at the close of DAY 1 of SHOT Show 2013.
SHOT Show 2013 proved a great trade show for Ladies in Camo (LIC) with 8 staff members attending and working the floor seeking new and proven products of interest for women and youth hunters. LIC covered a lot of ground, spoke with many different companies, looked at a plethora of new gear releasing in 2013, and revisited the “tried and true” gear from years past.
Making great connections such as our visit with The Outdoor Shopping Network is what makes SHOT Show so amazing and a vital networking resource.
The hard floor of the expo halls reaped havoc on us all; causing aching ankles and knee joints. As with any large gathering, with a vast number of attendees and exhibitors, many of us came home with either the flu, a cough or the crud in general. With that being said, I don’t think any of us would have wanted to miss it. As the largest trade show of its kind in the world, the LIC staff’s attendance was imperative to be kept abreast of what is new to share with readers and followers, it is the one event you just can’t afford to miss and this year the trade show had the highest attendance to date.

Collectively, LIC prepared for this show, researching and planning to make the best of our time there. Our main goal was to bring back vital information to share with our followers and fans in the coming weeks and months as the seasons allow us to field test gear we discovered there. We will be publishing written and video reviews on some of the newest gear on the market. LIC will also be field testing many hunting related items and publishing product reviews at our website throughout the year.

Stay tuned to our website and look for announcements for these product videos/published reviews on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, various forums, radio & TV shows we will frequent in 2013.

I want to send a personal THANK YOU out to all of the companies that took the time to visit with us and show us their products. I also want to send out a heartfelt THANK YOU to the staff of Ladies in Camo for all their hard work at this show and the devotion of their time away from their families to attend. Each of you simply amaze me and I am grateful everyday that I am on YOUR TEAM.
SHOT Show is over and gone but the connections last a lifetime. Thank you to all the companies that took the time to share some time with the staff of Ladies in Camo. Photo Credit/SHOT Show is a registered trademark of NSSF.
