Garlic Pepper Brats

Last week I had the opportunity to attend the Archery Trade Association show (ATA), while I was there I met Brian from Hi Mountain seasoning and Craig from Can Cooker. Brian and Craig took the opportunity to combine their efforts to take ordinary ingredients and created mouthwatering results.

Ingredients;
3 pounds potatoes chopped
1 pound baby carrots
Half a head of cabbage
One sliced onion
2 pounds kielbasa
4 Hi Mountain Garlic Pepper Brats
12 oz Mountain Dew

Can cooker brats

Directions;
Take 3 pounds of chopped potatoes and put them in the Can Cooker on top of the grate. Then put a pound of baby carrots on top of the potatoes, followed by half a head of cabbage. Then one sliced onion. 2 pounds of kielbasa sausage and 4 Hi Mountain garlic pepper brats. Then pour 12 oz of mountain dew and steam for 45-60 minutes.
